The power of dance to transform lives, to enrich community – This is what we at Dancing in the Streets Arizona have experienced, and this is what we offer to our students and to our community. If you don't understand what we're talking about – just watch one of our classes or talk to one of our students. After you see the enthusiasm and excitement among our students and parents, you'll want to be part of it, too.
Dancing in the Streets Arizona is a non-profit organization that uses the excitement and discipline of ballet to guide children in achieving life skills. The program's immediate success lies in the childrens' improved social interaction, family involvement, and responsiveness.
The Dancing in the Streets Arizona studio opened in August 2008. There are already 61 students, of which 10 families are on scholarship.
